How Do You Unlock Outlaw Keycards?
To unlock Outlaw Keycards, you must contribute to Community Events found in the ‘Quests’ tab under ‘The Outlaw Keycard.’ The first event requires robbing Bank Vaults, with additional quests appearing as each milestone is completed.
