Fallout 76 has been going strong for nearly seven years, but the arrival of a major update makes 2025 the best time to start.

Earn Double SCORE the First Weekend of Season 20 in Fallout 76

Ahead of Fallout 76’s Season 20 and the Ghoul Within update arriving on March 18, the Community Calendar has already been revealed, giving players a guide on what Seasonal Events to expect over the next few months. Among some of the new and returning Seasonal Events announced, there will be at least four Double SCORE Events throughout Season 20 in Fallout 76, letting players progress through Fallout 76’s battle pass equivalent at an increased rate. The first of these Double SCORE Events will be active the very first weekend after the new Season begins, from Thursday, March 20 at the daily rest (noon EST) until the daily reset on Monday, March 24.

Bethesda has already revealed all the new reward items that will be available in the Season 20 SCORE rewards track via the Fallout 76 Seasons page on Bethesda.net. The main theme of this Season’s rewards will be Ghoul-themed weapon paints, armor paints, and CAMP decorations in Fallout 76. Like in past Seasons, there will also be a selection of rewards that can be infinitely claimed after players complete the SCORE rewards track, offering the chance to earn premium Atoms currency for free, as well as various endgame currencies and consumables. With the Double SCORE Event active for the first weekend of the Season, this will be a great way for players to get a head start on collecting all the exclusive Season 20 SCORE rewards.

Murmrgh’s Special Pick, Double Mutations, and the Ghoul Photo Mode Contest Events Will Also Be Live

To sweeten the deal, Double SCORE isn’t the only Seasonal Event that will be live during the first weekend of Season 20. According to the Community Calendar, Murmgh’s Special Pick and Double Mutations will also be live this same weekend. Beyond this, there will also be a new Ghoul Photo Mode Contest running from March 20–27.

Contest Events in Fallout 76 are typically held on Bethesda’s official community Discord server. In the past, events like this have awarded players premium Atoms currency to spend in Fallout 76’s in-game Atomic Shop.

Fallout 76’s Season 20 and Ghoul Within Update Is Packed With Seasonal Events
