Disney Dreamlight Valley players are voicing their frustrations over the Valley Visit Station, an unremovable decor item introduced in the game’s multiplayer update. The futuristic portal, which unlocks through a quest from Wreck-It Ralph’s Vanellope von Schweetz, serves as the gateway to multiplayer interactions. While it provides a key function for social gameplay, many Disney Dreamlight Valley fans are unhappy that they can’t remove or relocate it entirely.
Disney Dreamlight Valley has faced past controversies, including criticism over the quality and grind-heavy nature of its Star Paths, the game’s version of a battle pass, as well as frustration with certain character voice lines and various aspects of the game’s monetization. Plus, players have reported that certain exclusive items from Scrooge’s catalog have inexplicably disappeared without any apparent reason. Among the missing items are Monsters, Inc.-themed decor and the Small Quirky Teapot, which was originally a reward from the Dreamlight Park Community Challenge. Additionally, some quest-related items have also vanished.

Since the game does not offer an option to remove the Valley Visit Station, creative players have turned to alternative solutions to hide it from view. In a Reddit thread initiated by user Grouchy_Radish_6676, the Dreamlight Valley community shared inventive ways to blend the station into their surroundings or integrate it into existing design themes. Some of the most effective hiding strategies include placing the station “in the middle of the pillars on the island off Dazzle Beach” to make it less obtrusive, which was recommended by Shot_War8510. Meanwhile, Hollinsgirl07 used vine walls to hide them in a corner of the glade. Notmyrealaccount1182 took a simliar approach, hiding it behind their boardwalk arcade on the beach, “since it kind of looks like it could be a game.” Whether Gameloft will offer an option to remove or relocate the station in the future remains to be seen.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Players Divided Over Multiplayer
Despite the station’s role in facilitating multiplayer interactions, not all players are eager to use the feature. In Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s multiplayer mode, players can explore each other’s Valleys, fostering shared experiences and interactions. The feature also includes resource trading, allowing players to exchange items with friends and bring them back to their own game. Shortly after its debut, rumors circulated about mass bans affecting multiplayer users, leading some to avoid the function altogether. However, Dreamlight Valley’s developer, Gameloft, addressed these concerns in a Discord statement, denying any truth to the claims. Even with this reassurance, some fans remain cautious, opting to wait until they feel more comfortable engaging with multiplayer again.
These complaints come after a recent advisory warning Disney Dreamlight Valley players against resizing their central room to 6×8, 10×6, or 10×8. According to Gameloft, choosing these specific dimensions may result in players being unable to re-enter their home after leaving or prevent access to the “Elevator” feature. Other room sizes remain unaffected, and the company has confirmed it is actively working on a fix. While Disney Dreamlight Valley continues to expand its gameplay options, the debate over the mandatory Valley Visit Station highlights an ongoing tension between functionality and player freedom in customization.
