One Punch Man Season 3 Receives a New Trailer

The Trailer Looks Very Rushed

One Punch Man Season 3 has been worrying fans of the series a lot, especially after the mediocrity that was One Punch Man Season 2. This newest season, which comes years after Season 1 and Season 2, is set to drop later this year, and fans aren’t too hopeful.

Season 3 is being animated by the same studio that handled Season 2, JC Studio, and fans know how that one went. The JC Staff producer, Atsushi Fujishiro, had said this season will be good, but after the drop of a trailer, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Here’s what he said exactly:

“Preparations for the third season are steadily progressing. As a highly popular title with high expectations, we’re committed to delivering a season that won’t disappoint.” — Atsushi Fujishiro

Fans can watch this new trailer here:

What’s worse is this is apparently a pre-animated trailer, and if that’s true, it would mean the production of the anime has either just started, or hasn’t started yet. Either way, given the air time, this is extremely rushed and concerning, as the anime is supposed to drop in October 2025.

An animator worked to make this trailer all on his own, with rather limited time to produce it as it is premade, which once again goes to show that things are not looking good. To be perfectly clear, the blame doesn’t lie with the animator. If anything, the animator himself is one of the most popular and talented ones, but he’s no God and can’t weave magic when he doesn’t have the time and resources to work properly.

This all means that the final result will be very rushed, as October is only about 7 months away, and that really isn’t enough time for an amazing anime season to drop. It seems Season 3 of One Punch Man is doomed for mediocrity, and the result could even possibly be worse than Season 2.

It seems One Punch Man will not be delivering quality similar to its first season, which dropped now 10 years ago.
