When Is Pokemon Go Fest 2025?
Pokemon Go Fest 2025 will be broken up into four different events; three in-person events and one global event. The in-person events will be taking place at different locations across the globe, requiring the purchase of a ticket to attend each of them.

How To Catch Volcanion In Pokemon Go
Volcanion, a Mythical Fire and Water dual-type Pokemon introduced in the franchise’s sixth generation, will be making its Pokemon Go debut during this year’s Go Fest events! Players who purchase a ticket to one of the Pokemon Go Fest 2025 events will be given access to exclusive Special Research, centered around Volcanion.
Completing the different tasks for this Special Research will provide you with several in-game rewards, including an encounter with Volcanion, giving you the opportunity to add it to your Pokemon Go collection for the first time.
Even if you attend multiple Pokemon Go Fest 2025 events, you will only be able to encounter Volcanion once.

How To Catch Skiddo In Pokemon Go
You will also have the opportunity to catch Skiddo with Pokemon Go Fest 2025, previously only available in select regions. In order to obtain Skiddo, you will need to purchase a ticket for Pokemon Go Fest 2025: Global by April 15, 2025.
Once you have purchased the Pokemon Go Fest 2025 Global Ticket, you will need to log into the game between Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 8am local time and Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 10am local time, providing you with new Timed Research.
Complete this Timed Research to be rewarded with a Skiddo encounter.
