There are 3 official ways to get Skill Mastery Perks, however, they can be quite time-consuming or otherwise expensive in terms of

• Sims with high-level skills can unlock Skill Mastery Perks through activities, often triggered by chance cards. Elder Sims are more likely to gain these perks.
• Elder Sims can bestow unlocked Mastery Perks to others via interactions, or other Sims can request perks from them.
• The Mastery Perk Bestower Potion (8,000 Satisfaction Points) allows Sims to select perks, and it can also be gifted to other Sims.

The Sims 4 Skill Mastery Perks Cheat Codes

To use Skill Mastery Perk cheats, players must first enable cheats by

opening the cheat console
. This can be done by pressing Ctrl + Shift + C on PC (or Command + Shift + C on Mac). Once the console appears at the top of the screen, type testingcheats true and press Enter to activate cheat mode, granting access to various cheat commands.

Skill Mastery Perk cheats work similarly to Trait cheats, as they share the same initial command line: From there, players can input specific codes to unlock or remove the desired perks for their Sims. Here are all the skill mastery perk cheats for adding all 18 Mastery Perks. Players will need to do them one by one, as there is no way to add all of them at once.

In order to add Skill Master Perks, players will need to use traits.equip_trait trait_MasteryPerk_TraitName with the trait name being replaced by the desired mastery perk as follows:

To remove traits instead of equipping them, players need to replace ‘equip’ with ‘remove’ in the first part of the code (traits.remove_trait).
