How Did The Curse Affect Members Of The Family?
The females were able to evade this curse by marrying off into other families, but the males were not so lucky. While they already had a short lifespan, the few years they had were made a living hell due to the strange disease they suffered from. This disease affects the whole body and makes them significantly weaker. They did manage to prolong their lives a bit by marrying women chosen by the priest, but it just wasn’t enough.
