Studio That Produced Oshi no Ko Will Release Another Anime In 2025

Oshi no Ko is easily one of the best anime series in the world. The first season of the anime took the entire anime community by storm. Viewers were left mesmerized by the storytelling and character buildup. An underrated aspect of the anime is the quality of animation, and the entire credit goes to Doga Kobo.

The studio has proven its quality with Oshi no Ko’s adaptation, but now the studio is preparing for a new challenge. According to a new report, Doga Kobo will be producing The Shiunji Family Children, and it will be released on April 8, 2025.

Doga Kobo’s New Project Could Become A Sensation

The Shiunji Family Children anime is based on the manga of the same name written by Reiji Miyajima, who is also the creator of Rent-A-Girlfriend. Doga Kobo has the opportunity to produce another major hit. The studio has a lengthy resume but not as many hits as it would have liked. The Shiunji Family Children could change that and cement Doga Kobo’s reputation as one of the best anime studios in the world.

• Kotono Shiunji voiced by Kana Ichinose (Darling in the Franxx, Dr. Stone)
• Shion Shiunji voiced by Chiaki Kobayashi (Too Many Losing Heroines!, Mission: Yozakura Family)
• Kaname Shiunji voiced by Masaki Terasoma (The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Demon Slayer)

The Shiunji Family Children Staff Has Been Confirmed

As previously stated, The Shiunji Family Children is produced by Doga Kobo. Ryouki Kamitsubo is serving as the director, and Noboru Kimura is handling series composition. Miki Muto is in charge of the character designs, while Akki, Shota Horie, and Ginnojo Hoshi will compose the score for the anime.

The Shiunji Family Children follows the story of Arata Shiunji and his siblings. They all live together in harmony until one day their father reveals that they are not related by blood. This leads to the beginning of a troublesome adventure for Arata.
