When players make a custom tattoo in The Sims 4, they can save it in their personal library and apply it to other Sims later on. Gamers who want to save a tattoo that they’ve made in The Sims 4 must press the “Save Tattoo” button, which is the Cloud icon below the Layer settings in Create-a-Sim.
