Rare’s garden ’em-up still hits different all these years later.

However, if Baldur’s Gate 3 isn’t your flavor, then there is a new mod involving Demon Slayer, specifically Genya and Sanemi Shinazugawa. Via the Shinazugawa Estate, the demon-slaying brothers have been added to the game, bringing the popular anime series directly into the world of Stardew.

The Mod Is Available To All

According to the mod’s description on Nexus Mods, the Shinazugawa Estate is now an available location in the northeast part of town above the bookseller. Both Sanemi and Genya live here, and they are both romanceable.

Each NPC has been given five heart events each, and they will attend every festival and wedding ceremony. Beyond that, “vanilla” food items have been updated to reflect their individual interests, such as Matcha Tea replacing Green Tea or Onigiri replacing Maki Roll.

If building a life with either Shinazugawa brother is an important thing to you, then Sanemi can impregnate your character as well as share mildly suggestive dialogue. Being that Genya is a minor, that is not possible, though a duo could adopt a child down the line.

And true to whom the Shinazugawas are, both brothers will be extremely standoffish at first. Eventually, just like in the anime, they’ll warm up to you and become friends. All in all, it’s a pretty extensive mod for what the creator is saying is their first attempt. If the Shinazugawas are not your thing, then know that the creator has future plans to make a Rengoku mod, with more Demon Slayer characters coming down the line.
