Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – Last Rites Quest Walkthrough
Learn whether Henry will succeed in bringing reinforcement to save Zizka and the rest.
As Henry is successfully back with reinforcements, he will attack alongside the allies. However, this quest features way more than just fighting. It has some objectives that appear based on the choices you made during the previous missions. Here, we will guide you on how to complete all the objectives.
Defeat The Enemies
After the cutscene, you will fight the Praguers in the outer bailey.
Do not take any damage here, and let your allies do most of the work.
They are pretty skilled, so you may not even get a chance to fight. After that, one of the soldiers will ask you to come with him. Follow that soldier, climb the ladder, and a powerful enemy awaits you.
The ladder will be on the right side of the wooden platform; you can just follow the soldier to get there.
Lamprecht of Prague is just ahead; you can either fight him honorably, or he can be one-shot with a pistol.
We recommend killing the Lamprecht of Prague with a pistol, as even if you have defeated Erik, underestimating this enemy would be a mistake. However, if you want to fight him normally, then make sure to utilize the Master Strike perfectly, except that the normal block, parry, and riposte would be enough.
After that, lift the gate and let your allies in. As soon as you lift the gate, you will face three enemies together. Go around them and try to defeat them one at a time.
If you used the pistol to defeat Lamprecht of Prague, it would still be equipped. Before engaging with the enemies, try to load it and kill one of them in one shot. However, we don’t recommend this, as the timing here is very strict.
Instead, use your best sword and try to go around your enemies. The best way to defeat them is to first focus on the one on the left. You can also stand in the doorway of the gatehouse to cut off the enemy’s way. This will help you defeat them more efficiently.
Henry has good gear, so you won’t have much trouble fighting. Now that you have defeated the three enemies, go down the staircase and defeat them in the courtyard. Again, you don’t have to fight; your allies will do all the work. However, you can strike the enemies from behind if you want to fight.
After defeating them, a cutscene will commence. Now, some of the next objectives depend on your previous choices.
Talk To Your Allies / Find Samuel’s Body
If you saved Samuel during the Reckoning quest, you can just talk to your brothers-in-arms. If you also killed Brabant, you can tell your allies about that. Katherine and Zizka will agree with your decision.
Hanush also offers you the opportunity to sharpen his sword. Once you have talked to everyone and sharpened Hanush’s sword, give it back to him.
Follow the coordinates on your map and give Hanush his sword. He will also tell you about Capon’s wedding.
However, if you don’t save Samuel, an objective will appear to find his body. His body will be hanging from the gallows (it will be marked on the map). To give him a proper funeral, take down his body and interact with it.
Find Markvart Von Aulitz’s Body
If you didn’t kill Markvart during the Reckoning quest, a side objective to find him will appear. The objective will be marked, so follow the coordinates and find his body in the tavern.
The final objective is to meet Radzig, Henry’s father. Follow the coordinates on your map, and a pretty interesting interaction will commence. Henry’s famous blacksmith father, who raised him, and his mother will have a long chat with him.
Here, the interaction depends on your previous actions. Your dialogue choices won’t matter much here, as the result will be based on how you played the game. The moments that impact your journey the most are whether you killed Markvart von Aulitz or whether you prevented the raid on Semine by choosing Olda’s side.
Once the cutscene is over, another will start featuring Radzig, who will have a long chat with Henry and finally give him his sword. Some more weird and interesting interactions will happen, featuring a drunk Zizka and Hynek, and that’s about it.
After the credits are over, a cutscene will play featuring Sigismund’s reaction to the news of his silver robbery.
