Baldur’s Village is out today, bringing Baldur’s Gate 3 characters to Stardew Valley. This mod is the work of a small team of fans, who have created custom portraits, dialogue, and scenarios for the Baldur’s Gate characters.

The mod adds more than twenty characters and six locations. It even adds a romance with Astarion, with other companions getting romances added on in the future. Still, while you wait for more marriage options, you can interact with the rest of the gang, including Wyll, Karlach, Shadowheart, and more.

Baldur’s Village Is Out Now

The Stardew Valley mod includes an Astarion romance, with more on the way

“A new village has recently been built north of Pelican Town, and its new residents seem… rather unusual,” reads the mod’s description on its Nexus Mods page. “You can find the entrance to Baldur’s Village at the top of the southern mountain map, right next to Linus’ tent.”

As per the description, Astarion is a marriage candidate, with a Halsin route currently in development. The team also teases “new features and items” in the future, so development is still ongoing even after launch.

The mod hasn’t even been up for a day, and has already amassed round 1,400 downloads. There was a lot of interest during development, since this combined two ultra popular games, and fans of both were eager to hang out with the Baldur’s Gate 3 crew without the threat of the Absolute hanging over their heads.
