Star Rail Leak Teases New Event in Version 3.2

A recent Honkai: Star Rail leak is teasing a brand-new event coming to the game with the Version 3.2 update, making it easier for players to farm Relics and Planar Ornaments. The HoYoverse sci-fi RPG features a wide variety of ways for players to upgrade their in-game characters, offering plenty of unique means of customization. Traces power up a character’s individual skills and stats, while Light Cones offer major stat boosts with effects catered towards optimizing a unit’s unique playstyle. However, one particular form of upgrade offers both versatile and niche bonuses for many characters.

Relics and Planar Ornaments serve as a cornerstone of character-building in Honkai: Star Rail, being one of the most open methods of optimizing a unit. Relics boast bonuses for both using two-piece and four-piece sets, allowing players to mix and match Relic sets based on their individual bonuses and perks. Relics and Planar Ornaments also each carry their own unique sub-stats, making optimizing the proper stats and achieving better upgrades a staple of Star Rail‘s grind. One of the next events coming to the game will make it even easier for players to pick up their ideal Relics.

Honkai: Star Rail Leak Teases “Triple Reward” Relic Event

A new leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Sakura Haven is hinting at a new Relic and Planar Ornament event in Version 3.2. According to the post, Version 3.2 will welcome the return of Star Rail‘s “triple rewards” event for Relics and Planar Ornaments, granting significant bonuses to grinding Caverns of Corrosion and Planar Ornament Extraction. Based on past events, the event will likely feature limited redemptions for bonus rewards that will reset each day during the event. Honkai: Star Rail‘s Version 3.2 is currently scheduled to launch on April 8.

The addition of a new Relic and Planar Ornament event comes as fans were recently treated to a pair of new Planar Ornaments during Version 3.1. The update introduced both “Bone Collection’s Serene Demesne” and “Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding” as rewards available with the newest cycle of the Divergent Universe. “Bone Collection” provides a powerful HP bonus and a Crit DMG boost to characters and Memosprites after reaching 5,000 HP. “Giant Tree,” on the other hand, provides a Speed buff and increases healing for passing certain thresholds.

Version 3.2 looks to be a massive celebration for Honkai: Star Rail‘s second anniversary with plenty on the way. The update will feature two new characters joining the roster, with the highly-anticipated Castorice and Anaxa as Amphoreus’ newest playable units. The patch is also expected to bring a brand-new anniversary event, a wealth of gacha currency, and even potential major changes to Star Rail‘s gacha system. Honkai: Star Rail fans should be excited for Version 3.2 with the sci-fi RPG gearing up for some grand festivities.
