How To Increase Guest Entertainment In Two Point Museum

Entertainment is the hardest of the three guest metrics to increase in Two Point Museum. Alongside Buzz and Knowledge, it determines your visitors’ overall experience, and how positive a review they leave at the end of their stay. However, most Exhibits don’t provide any Entertainment inherently, so you’ll have to come up with creative ways to keep guests – particularly children – engaged.

Two Point Museum: All Points Of Interest And How To Unlock Them

A museum isn’t much of a museum without exhibits you found on your expeditions.

The upside is that, since it’s so rare, a little Entertainment can go a long way. Just trying a few of these easy tricks will make your museum much more fun to visit.

Build Interactive Displays

The primary way of gaining Entertainment in Two Point Museum is to build Interactive Displays in the Workshop. Any will do, but it’s always best to place Interactive Displays that match the Theme of nearby Exhibits since that’s a requirement to get their full Buzz Bonus.

Realization Stations are the cheapest and most basic Interactive Displays, and since they don’t have a Theme they can be placed and repurposed wherever you like. You can only have a maximum of five per museum, however.

Interactive Displays require maintenance by Janitors, so the more you build, the greater your staffing demands will ultimately be. It’s well worth it, though, as they make great attractions that draw guests to specific areas of the museum, driving reviews and donations alike.

Exhibit Traits And Perks

Exhibits often have randomized traits that give them additional bonuses or drawbacks. Occasionally, traits like Ominous Intrigue give guests extra Entertainment where an Exhibit otherwise wouldn’t provide any, while Boring removes a small amount of Entertainment they’ve already gained.

You can also upgrade Exhibits by installing Perks. The Entertainment Boost Perk and its variants, as you can probably guess, provide Exhibits with extra Entertainment for guests that view them.

You can also install Entertainment Boost on Interactive Displays to increase their Entertainment value further.

Clowns

The Blooming Buffoon plant, found in the Bigfoot Gardens area of the Bone Belt, periodically transforms guests into clowns. Clowns provide a small amount of Entertainment to any guest that they pass for the remainder of their visit, and you’ll quickly build up a large population of clowns if you have even one Blooming Buffoon in your museum.

Filling your facility with clowns might sound like a disturbing prospect, but in the world of Two Point Museum, at least, they’re friendly and helpful. Try to have a Blooming Buffoon in a hot, humid room in every museum you build, and your review scores will ultimately increase.
