All Story Solutions

The Bauer gang, headed by Hildegard Bauer, was one of two crime families in New Wells. Hildegard Bauer gained Moira Meredith‘s favor by working on the Heritage Project, and gave advice that weakened the Andier gang.

As revenge, the Andier gang planted a tape recorder in Hildegard Bauer‘s office, so they could obtain evidence that the Bauer gang was selling drugs. They gave this tape recorder to Moira Meredith.

When Moira Meredith announced a surprise press conference, Hildegard Bauer called for accelerated testing of a weapon that could scramble people’s memories using sound.
