In Season 7 of My Hero Academia, All Might plays a pivotal role in devising the plan against All For One and Shigaraki Tomura. However, as the season came to an end, All Might also had to face a battle of his own, one that had been long since coming, as All Might and All For One battle once more. Though this has not been the first time All Might and All For One have exchanged blows, this is the first time All Might has fought All For One without a Quirk.

As the season nears its end, All Might equips a mechanical suit and becomes Armored All Might. The suit is a support item specifically engineered for the battle with All For One. Each function of this suit is also named after the students in Class A at U.A. High School, as they inspired the specific function.

However, All Might had never been one to give up. He refused to submit to All For One, even though he lay battered and bruised for the entire world to see. All Might has always been the hero who saves others; however, he has yet to be the one who needs rescue. Just as All For One was on the verge of All Might’s public execution, Bakugo Katsuki, having recovered from his heart repair thanks to Edgeshot, saved All Might at the last minute.
