Razer has just revealed that the popular Kraken Kitty V2 headset now comes in white. After pushing a new range of white PC peripherals earlier this year, the Kitty V2 and Kitty V2 BT headsets are next in line to get a clean new look.

While not packed with features that make it one of the best gaming headsets, the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 cans are among the cutest around, with an aesthetic that is instantly recognizable. Now, this set of adorable headphones comes in white in addition to its black and pink colorways.

I can remember a time when Razer’s PC peripherals were predominantly black, and few lines would be released with multiple colorways. However, in the last year alone we’ve seen the likes of a Minecraft collaboration, a Razer Faker Edition mouse, and even a general release of white alternatives for most of Razer’s most popular peripherals.

The Kraken Kitty V2 is a wired RGB headset that costs $99.99 / £99.99, while the Kitty V2 BT is a wireless alternative using Bluetooth 5.2 that also costs $99.99 / £99.99. Internally, these headsets both use Razer’s 40mm Tri-Force audio drivers, but the Kitty V2 has a microphone extending out of the left earcup, while the Kitty V2 BT has an omnidirectional microphone built into the earcup.

Each headset also features two Chroma RGB zones, one on the earcups and one on the ears, which are customizable in the free Razer Chroma desktop app. If you also download Razer Synapse, you can access THX Spatial Audio to take advantage of 3D audio in compatible games.

The Kitty V2 BT was already available with Kuromi and Hello Kitty designs, costing $30 and $40 more respectively, but there is no increase in price for this new white alternative.

If you’re after a new gaming mouse, Razer is also running a Deathadder V3 Pro deal at Best Buy and Amazon, but you’ll need to be quick to capitalize on the savings.
