The Vajra Belt is a useful accessory if you’re going for a more well-rounded party with focused support for the team. The belt automatically casts Rakukaja, which increases a random ally’s defense for three turns. It requires no SP when cast from the Belt, granting you increased defense and leaving room for using other moves.

It can lose its usefulness over time, but as an early-game accessory, the Vajra Belt can be quite useful when dungeon-crawling to protect your teammates without using a move.

Saintly Devotion Charm

Being able to turn a ton of different skills into accessories through the Electric Chair opens up a world of possibilities for items. Loads of Personas can be itemized and turned into different accessories, but Maria gives one of the very best.

Maria becomes available at Level 93 after maxing the Faith Confidant, exclusive to the Third Semester, and itemizing her gives the Saintly Devotion Charm when created with the Fusion Alarm active. While it’s tough to get, it’s worth the effort.

This is a rather tricky accessory to place in a ranked list, as it sounds extremely overpowered on paper. The Omnipotent Orb is an accessory you get in New Game+ after you manage to beat Caroline and Justine and makes the user immune to all types of damage except Almighty.

It doesn’t have the most effect on boss fights, though, but if you know how and when to use it, it can come in handy throughout the game, even if it does seem a little overpowered.

Ring Of Envy

This is another Royal exclusive, created from Place Will Seeds from Sae Niijima’s Casino. Finding all the Will Seeds in this Palace will give you the Crystal of Envy, which then allows you to create the Ring of Envy with help from Jose.

The Crystal of Envy gives the holder Masukukaja, and the added Auto-Concentrate from the Ring of Envy is the real deal-breaker. Concentrate is one of the best skills in the game, but having it automatically activate at the start of battle makes it that much better.

Divine Pillar

If your playstyle revolves around tank builds that leave your characters shrugging off enemy attacks, then Divine Pillar is the perfect accessory. What it does is halves all incoming damage at the cost of losing evasion. Even though evading damage is good, it is not guaranteed, so taking only half the damage every time is the next best thing.

The Divine Pillar is a possible item drop given by the Reaper in Mementos. What makes this accessory even more useful is pairing it with the Firm Stance move, which lowers all incoming damage to a mere 25 percent, making this one of the best accessories in Persona 5 Royal.
