Pokemon and Honda have finally unveiled their lifesize motorbike modeled after Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s rideable legendary Koraidon, and fans will soon get to go and check it out. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet introduced a few new elements to the tried-and-true Pokemon formula, not the least of which was a special group of rideable mounts that players could use to traverse the Paldea region. Koraidon and Miraidon can carry their trainers across land and water, and can even transform into a motorcycle form for added speed.
Real-world vehicle maker Honda announced that it was partnering with Pokemon to produce a lifesize version of Koraidon’s motorbike mode as part of 2025’s Pokemon Day celebration. This mystical bike is being built by a team of 40 engineers, who are even giving it the ability to move its head and walk on four legs using Honda Riding Assist.

Pokemon/Honda Koradion Project 2025 Event Dates
As mentioned before, Honda designed its new Koraidon motorbike with the goal of faithfully recreating the Paradox Pokemon’s ability to both ride on two wheels or crawl on four legs using the company’s specialist mobility technology. The project has been in development since August 2024, and Honda promises to continue upgrading the current model to better replicate the legendary Koraidon down to the finest detail.
Koraidon and Miraidon’s rideable motorcycle forms were a novel and inspired concept in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and players have shared clips of themselves exploring Paldea on the backs of these mythical dragons and even getting a case of whiplash while taking them out for a test drive. Now someone might be able to ride a Koraidon for real thanks to the work of Honda engineers, who are now displaying their lifesize, fully working replica of Pokemon Scarlet’s cover monster for Pokemon fans to see all weekend long.
