At the center of Love and Deepspace is a love story that sprawls time and space. As you play through the main storyline, you’ll start to uncover pieces of the protagonists’ shared history with each of the love interests, and the more you learn, the wider your web of connections to each character becomes.
Each love interest in the game shares a deep and personal history with the protagonist that spans eons and dimensions. As you collect their special Myth memories and improve your Affinity level with each companion over time, you will get to explore the depth of these mythic connections.

This guide contains minor spoilers for the Mythic memories of the five main love interests.
What Are Myths?
Myths are special playable memory branches that expand the main storyline of Love and Deepspace by unlocking details about the Protagonist’s past lives and her relationships with each of the love interests.
Each Love Interest has two Myth storylines to unlock and complete, except Caleb, who currently only has one Myth that is not about a past life or set in an alternate timeline.
To access a Love Interest’s Myths, enter the Date tab at the bottom left of the Deepspace Café menu, then enter the Falling For You category. From here, you will see all the playable memories you have accumulated with the love interest of your choice.
The Myth tab can only be played once you have both reached Affinity level 30 (Darling) and when you have acquired a Myth memory from the Wish Pool.
Unlike regular memories which only have one ‘level’ of playable story, Myths contain chapters that you need to unlock and complete before progressing to the next chapter.
Currently, each Love Interest has one permanent Myth story and one limited Myth story, except Caleb, whose limited Myth has yet to be announced. Limited Myths are only earned by participating in limited-time Myth memory pools.
Once these limited events are over, you won’t be able to obtain the limited five-star Myth pair through other means. Limited Myth memories are usually much stronger than their permanent counterpart and they make great additions to your combat teams.
You can still obtain limited four-star Myth memory pairs after the limited event is over by pulling them in Galaxy Explorer. However, these stories are not accessed through the Myth screen and instead are typically Secret Times and Tender Moments stories.
These four-star Myth pairs usually take place in the realm of the Myth’s story but aren’t necessarily linear additions to the Myth’s storyline.
How To Unlock Myths
Unfortunately, unlocking a character’s Myths is entirely up to the luck of the draw. You earn Myths by pulling Myth memories from the Wish Pool or Limited Wish Pool using Deepspace and Emyprean Wishes, and each Myth is an SSR five-star memory, making them the most difficult to pull.
Luckily, each Wish Pool has a pull threshold in place that guarantees a five-star memory within 70 consecutive pulls with no five-star pulled. If you pull a five-star memory before your 70th pull, the threshold automatically resets back to 70.
Once you hit your 61st wish, every consecutive wish made will increase your chances of obtaining a five-star memory by 10 percent until the 70th pull, which is guaranteed.
Once you’ve pulled a Myth memory from the pool, you can only access it when you’ve reached Affinity Level 30 (Darling) with your chosen love interest.
You can get Myths from both the permanent Wish Pool and limited-time event pools. However, once an event with a Limited Wish Pool containing a new Myth memory is over, you cannot obtain that Myth memory or the Myth branch unless the memory is added to the permanent pool or the event is rerun.
Additionally, both limited Myth pools and the permanent pool contain special Memory Crates that can be opened to obtain Myth memories.
How To Unlock And Complete More Myth Chapters
Once you’ve unlocked a Myth, you can play the first myth level for free. After playing the first story level, you need to use Myth Shards to unlock each consecutive chapter.
Myth Shards are special currencies that you earn from leveling up your Myth memories in the Memories tab. To level up a Myth Memory and earn Myth Shards, enter the Memories tab and select the Myth Memory. From here, upgrade the Memory level using Bottles of Wishes (which you can earn from Bounty Hunts).
At certain level milestones, you will earn Myth Shards from upgrading the memory. Ranking a Myth will not grant you Myth shards, but will grant you Myth pair rewards such as limited clothing styles and special titles.
However, to unlock the full Myth, you will need to obtain and fully level more than one Myth memory, as Myth memories have an associated Memory Pair. Thus, you can only complete a Myth if you have every Myth memory for that Myth branch and have fully upgraded it.
For example, you would need to fully level and obtain both Zayne’s Promise Everlasting and Forever Sealed memories to complete the Tower of Secrets Myth.
You earn Myth shards at the following upgrade milestones for each Myth memory:
- Level 20
- Level 40
- Level 50
- Level 60
Completing a Myth pair also gives you special rewards like profile titles, character outfits, and Diamonds. You will also receive combat buffs for using both Myths in a pair during battle stages.
Once you have come to the end of a Myth’s storyline, you will earn special rewards. Check the gift box in the top right corner to see your progress towards earning the reward and to get a sneak peek at what reward you’ll earn.
Rarely, you may encounter an event that allows you to play through a Myth’s entire storyline for free for a limited amount of time, such as during the first-anniversary event and Caleb’s character release. These events will typically only allow you to select one Myth to play through. Once you’ve chosen, you can’t play the others for free.
After these events end, you will still need to earn or level your Myth memory before you can replay the chapters.
For players who don’t spend real-world money on the game, leveling up your permanent Myth memories is recommended. Resources become scarce after reaching the Hunter Level cap at Level 80, and you’ll need a lot of resources to level up your memories enough to earn all the Myth Shards.
