How to Craft Ancient Potions
You can craft items in your crafting list accessed by the start menu. Visit your tent to use the crafting list and draw on all the materials/items you’ve collected from your hunts. You’ll need to combine one Immunizer and one Nourishing Extract to make an Ancient Potion. Gather these ingredients and confirm this combination in the crafting list to make the powerful potion. These materials will be hard to come by early on in the story.
Nourishing Extract is a rare ingredient in Monster Hunter Wilds. You won’t be able to find any until you’ve reached the Ruins of Wyveria and have begun fighting guardian monsters. You can also receive three Nourishing Extracts by trading one Wyvernsprout to Sekka at Suja Peaks of Accord. Here are the various ways to obtain Nourishing Extract in Monster Hunter Wilds.

How to Craft Immunizer
Immunizer is a very important ingredient in Monster Hunter Wilds as it’s required to make some of the best healing/buff items in the game. This ingredient requires you to craft some yourself. The two ingredients you’ll need are easy to find out in the field.
- Bitterbug Broth – Open your map to find blue bug gathering points in the area. Place a waypoint and call your Seikret to ride directly to the Bitterbug.
- Mandragora – Open your map to find orange mushroom gathering points in the area. Place a waypoint and call your Seiktret to ride directly to the Mandragora Mushroom.
