This time, Dealabs has new info about Death Stranding 2‘s two preorder editions and their pricing. According to them, there will be two editions of Death Stranding 2 available for preorder: a standard edition and a collector’s edition priced at $70 and $230 respectively. Dealabs wasn’t able to determine exactly what the collector’s edition will contain, but judging by its price tag, there are sure to be a lot of big ticket items.

With Death Stranding: Director’s Cut having finally made its way to Xbox last year, some gamers are wondering whether it was a move by Kojima to get Xbox gamers up to speed on the first game before the sequel drops this year. There’s also the question of a potential day one PC release, as some of the PC port windows of PlayStation’s games have been shrinking ever so slightly over the past few years.
Hideo Kojima is expected to share more Death Stranding 2: On the Beach details this week at SXSW 2025.
