When is Mecha BREAK’s Release Date?
Unfortunately, there’s not an exact release date for Mecha BREAK at the time of writing. The upcoming mech combat game is likely to release in the first or second quarter of 2025 , due to the current ongoing open beta. We’re expecting that we’ll find out the exact release date for Mecha BREAK later in March or April.
Thankfully if you want to try Mecha BREAK before the full release, you can, thanks to the extensive Open Beta.

Mecha BREAK Open Beta
Mecha BREAK’s ‘Global Storm’ Open Beta started on Sunday, Feb. 23, for PC . The game launched on Xbox on March 4 after a slight delay.
The Open Beta features PC and Xbox Series X|S crossplay, PvP game modes, with 6v6 and 3v3 variants, and the tactical co-op PvPvE mode ‘Mashmak.’
“The ‘Global Storm’ Open Beta Test, available to all players on PC and Xbox Series X|S, includes all gameplay features that will be available at launch. Players will experience the opening tutorial and introduction, character and mech customization, an explorable space station, all three core game modes, a training room, and thirteen distinct mechs or ‘Strikers.’”
To join the Open Beta, either head to the Steam page and download the Mecha BREAK demo, or search for the title on your Xbox’s Microsoft Store.
