Lego Reveals T-Rex And Baby Dinosaur Jurassic Park Rebirth Sets

Summary

  • Lego has revealed six upcoming Jurassic World Rebirth sets.
  • Among the included dinosaurs is the Quetzalcoatlus and, of course, a T-Rex.
  • The sets vary in size and price and will all be released exclusively at Lego on June 1, 2025.

This summer will potentially be one of the biggest in recent memory for blockbusters with Fantastic Four, Superman, and Jurassic World Rebirth all hitting in quick succession. Rebirth will be getting some Lego sets to go along with it, six of them, and they’ve all been revealed well ahead of time.

Even though Jurassic World Rebirth won’t be in theaters until July, the six sets revealed by Lego today will be available to buy from June 1, 2025. That means these sets are potentially giving Jurassic World fans a sneak peek at what to expect from the upcoming movie with quite a few of the dinosaurs that will be included in the next film featured throughout the six sets.

It will be one of the biggest Disney Lego sets to date.

Although all of the sets appear to have been created with kids in mind – the highest age rating is a 9+ on the Mosasaurus set – they vary considerably when it comes to size and complexity, and therefore price. The biggest of the six is the Spinosaurus & Quetzalcoatlus Air Mission set which clocks in at almost 1,000 pieces and will cost $149.99.

Jurassic World Rebirth Will Be Getting At Least Six Lego Sets

All Of Which Will Be Available A Month Before The Movie Gets Here

The set is a recreation of the scene featured in the latest trailer for Rebirth, which you can check out below, during which some of the lead characters are tasked with collecting DNA samples from a Quetzalcoatlus nest. One of the smaller sets is far smaller, providing younger Jurassic World fans with a 339-piece baby Aquilops to build.

The T-Rex is and forever will be the best-known name in dinosaurs, and therefore the beast moviegoers are always waiting for when they pay good money to see the next Jurassic World movie. Although it’s the smallest set in today’s reveal at just 199 pieces, the product description confirms that the T-Rex River Escape set is indeed inspired by a scene from the upcoming movie.

If a 199-piece T-rex isn’t going to do it for you, might I suggest the recently revealed Jurassic Park fossil set which has you build the skeleton from the visitor center in the original movie. It’s more than 3,000 pieces and will be released next week.

Everything you need to know about all six Jurassic World Rebirth sets, including prices and piece counts, can be found below, and all of them will be released exclusively at the Lego Store on June 1, 2025. If you want to pick up some new sets before then, spending $40 or more on Mario sets between now and March 11, 2025, will net you a free Toad Pit Crew set to celebrate Mario Day.
