How To Start Primum Nil Nocere Quest
The Primum Nil Nocere quest can only be started and completed toward the end of the Thunderstone side quest in the game, where you need to find the Thunderstone
.
When you meet Mlada, ask her about the stone. Mlada does have the stone, and she believes it will help heal her husband, Peter.
As part of a deal, she will ask you to help treat her husband, and in exchange, she will give you the Thunderstone.
How To Complete Primum Nil Nocere Quest
How To Treat Peter
In the bedroom, you will find Peter lying on the bed sick. You can interact with him to examine him. Do both options, but you won’t get any results.
Interrupt the examination and go speak to Mlada again for a bit more information. This will give you an additional dialogue option when you speak to Peter next, which says ‘You don’t sleep much at night?’
After completing the conversation with him, you will now know what needs to be done. If you don’t, you need to give him Chamomile Brew

If you already have one in your inventory, you will have the option to hand it over to him immediately.
If not, you can brew one yourself. Thankfully, both Chamomile
and Sage
are available for purchase at the Grocer in the center of the town.
With both items in hand, make your way to the alchemy bench north of the village, where you can brew the Chamomile Brew.
In order to brew Chamomile Brew, you need to:
- Add wine to the cauldron.
- Put the Chamomile in the cauldron and boil it for one turn.
- Grind the Sage and then add it to the cauldron.
- Finally, pour it into the vial.
Finally, all you have left to do is go back to him, hand over the Chamomile Brew, and then wait a day before checking back on him to see if the treatment worked.
The treatment will work, and you will find Peter not at home as he went to work. Mlada will be thankful, and this will complete the Primum Nil Nocere quest.
She will give you the Thunderstone as a reward for helping, which will allow you to complete the Thunderstone quest.
