Let’s be honest: Players have been vocal about how much they dislike the SP Emblem Events, but if you’re a completionist who can’t stand to miss out on exclusive emblems, you’ll need to compete. Fortunately, we’ve got a handy guide ready to go, so you can knock out your win streak and take a break until the next Wonder Pick event.

What Is The Triumphant Light SP Emblem Event?

The Triumphant Light SP Emblem Event is a PVP event that runs for a single week, from March 6, 2025 until March 13, 2025. During this event, you can earn four new emblems to show off on your profile, as well as Shinedust and Pack Hourglasses.

Unlike the normal emblem events, SP emblem events like this one don’t require you to farm wins. Instead, you need to maintain a winning streak to earn your emblems. The new emblems can be earned with a streak of two to five consecutive wins.

Since a win streak is required, if you lose a match, you’ll need to start all over again. Fortunately, you don’t lose any emblems that you’ve already earned, so you can keep your Silver Emblem if you lose your fifth match.

Triumphant Light SP Emblem Event Tips

Pokemon TCG Pocket leaves a lot up to chance: Some of the top decks as this event begins revolve around using a single Water-type Pokemon with Misty for Energy acceleration. With so much of your winning streak left up to coin flips, try not to get upset when luck goes against you.

Keep an eye out for meta-defining decks like Arceus ex / Dialga ex, and consider including anti-meta counters like Sudowoodo in your deck. These will help against the most common powerful decks you encounter.

If you’re struggling to maintain a streak, consider playing at a different time. We’ve consistently had the best results playing late at night but struggled during the afternoon.

The stiffest competition usually occurs during the first few hours of SP events, when the most competitive players try to earn their emblem early.

Finally, if you’re getting frustrated, take a break. Drink some water and give yourself a few minutes to cool off before you start making play mistakes. Then, come back and knock it out of the park!
