The CCT circuit is one of the ever-presents of Tier 2 Counter-Strike tournaments. It’s rare that you look at the CS calendar and not see some CCT matches underway, providing an excellent base for Tier 2 teams to climb their way through the Valve Regional Standings and qualify for more events.
Currently ongoing is CCT Season 2 Europe Series 19, which has completed its Swiss group and now moves on to the Playoffs. Eight teams have qualified through this group stage, while another eight will join them via direct invite through the VRS.

Elsewhere, the Swiss group proved to be a real bloodbath, with teams like PARIVISION, Spirit Academy, and SINNERS all missing out on the next stage of the event. Meanwhile, Tier 2 grinders BC.Game makes yet another set of Playoffs, arguably one of the biggest success stories of the new VRS system so far. Joining them through on the final day were Monte and 9 Pandas, the latter even qualifying by losing more rounds than they won.

Make sure to keep up with the CCT Season 2 Europe Series 19 Playoffs when they begin on Saturday. I’ve particularly got my eye on BIG vs. BC.Game – for me, they’re two of the best CS2 teams left in the event, so don’t be surprised to see the winner of that match go on to take the top spot.
