Solo Leveling Releases New Trailer For Jeju Island Arc
Ahead of the arc’s premiere on March 8, 2025, the official X (formerly Twitter) account for Solo Leveling shared a new trailer, which starts with Sung Jinwoo reflecting on his journey. He used to be an E-rank Hunter, which now seems like a fever dream. After the incident in the double dungeon, Sung Jinwoo became the ‘Player’ and effectively part of the system.
When he learned about the Elixir of Life, it became his sole reason to get stronger quickly, as he wanted to get ahold of it. Following weeks of hard work, Sung Jinwoo finally got his hands on the Elixir of Life and used it to wake his mother.
The main focus of the trailer is the Jeju Island arc, so there is plenty of information about the island’s present condition. The trailer disclosed that 15 S-rank Hunters would be traveling to Jeju Island to demolish the ants. Choi Jong-in is also featured in the trailer, and he mentioned how the failure of the first three raids affected him. The trailer ends with the appearance of a humanoid black ant that seems to be bursting with power.
Given the number of S-rank Hunters participating in the raid, one might think that they would be successful this time. But if there is anything Solo Leveling has taught fans, then it is not to believe in odds.
The Raid Needs Sung Jinwoo To Win
The title of Solo Leveling Season 2 Episode 10 is “We Need A Hero,” which is a clear indication that the Hunters require the assistance of Sung Jinwoo.
Even though the raid party has 15 S-Rank Hunters, it is highly likely that they might fail horribly and end up losing their lives; after all, the ants don’t have a shred of humanity in them. Furthermore, their problems have been exacerbated after the appearance of a new type of ant. Given its energy burst, it is plausible to assume that it will cause the Hunters a lot of problems.
