The hype train for the release of A Minecraft Movie is really starting to pick up speed with the Jack Black-led blockbuster now less than a month away from hitting cinemas. In a continued effort to point as much attention to the series as possible, Mojang and Xbox have released a Minecraft Triple Bundle, and it’s a pretty good deal.
Lost in the shuffle somewhat on Tuesday since it was revealed on the same day as Xbox-owned Activision finally confirmed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is a real thing, the Minecraft Triple Bundle combines Minecraft, Minecraft Dungeons, and Minecraft Legends into a single bundle. It’s available now on all major platforms and costs $59.99.

When you break it down, you realize why that’s such a good price, and it’s not just because you’re getting three full games for less than what is now a $70 industry standard. Since Minecraft Legends costs $39.99, and Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons cost $19.99 each, if you were to buy these three games individually, it would cost you $20 more than if you were to buy the bundle.

That means if you buy the bundle, you’re effectively getting the original Minecraft for free. Well, actually, it’s the Java Edition if you buy it on PC and the Bedrock Edition on consoles. Or, if you’d prefer, you can pretend Dungeons is the free game since that’s also $19.99 when bought separately. I guess you could frame it as getting Legends for half price, but that feels like making all this more confusing just for the sake of it.
As if the Triple Bundle wasn’t a good enough deal already, Mojang is also throwing in 1,020 Minecoins for good measure. Minecoins can be spent on skins, textures, and other additional cosmetics in the Minecraft Marketplace. The upcoming Minecraft movie is potentially only one of the reasons why this bundle has come around at just the right time.
The Triple Bundle appears to be even cheaper on PlayStation. It’s unclear whether that’s a mistake or intentional, and if it’s the latter, it’s unclear why, especially when the games are developed by an Xbox-owned studio.

The Minecraft Triple Bundle combines all three Minecraft games into a single package. That’s Minecraft, Minecraft Legends, and Minecraft Dungeons with 1,020 Minecoins thrown in as well.
There are also rumors swirling that Minecraft Dungeons might be getting a sequel, so pick up the bundle and play it now to see what all the very deserved fuss is about. There’s reportedly been a new Minecraft project in the works at Mojang for a while, and a new leak claims that project is a Minecraft Dungeons sequel that has been in development for two years and is targeting a Q2 2026 release.
