How To Spawn The Whale Migration Event
The only way to catch a Blue Whale is during the Whale Migration event. This event has a 20 percent chance of appearing when it rains on the server. If this happens, you will see a notification in the chat. Alternatively, you can trigger the event yourself using the Tempest Totem. You can get this totem by purchasing it for 2,000C$ from Terrapin Cave, located at the following coordinates: 20, 130, 1860.
How To Catch Blue Whale
So, when the event starts, it will last 15 minutes and will end when the whales swim to the endpoint. It will also end if all the Blue Whales are caught. During the event, the pod of whales will migrate from one point on the map to another, and each time the direction may be different. You can easily see the course of the migration via the long blue arrow that will show the direction. Once you find this arrow, sail your boat along it to locate Blue Whales.
To get ahead of other players, keep following the pod and try to catch fish instead of waiting for them to come to a certain spot.

How To Catch Moby
Moby is a secret fish that you can catch during the Whale Migration. However, the appearance of this fish is not guaranteed and the chance of spawning is only five percent. However, if it does appear, you can easily spot it between two whales.
It is worth noting that you will not be able to catch Moby until whales are caught.
