The reveal of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 was the worst kept secret in gaming. Not only do we now know that for certain, but we know exactly when we will be able to dive into the remasters and can place pre-orders for the game.
There are three editions of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 to choose from, one of which comes with a real-life skateboard deck. Since it’s an Activision game, it’ll also be launching on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on day one. That day is July 11, 2025, by the way. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4’s standard edition will cost $49.99, so significantly cheaper than the industry standard $70, and rightly so. If you order it before release day, it will also come with a couple of in-game bonuses. The digital deluxe edition is the $70 standard, but it comes with a lot more stuff, although again, they are all in-game extras. It and the collector’s edition will also come with three days of early access, meaning you can start grinding July 8.
The digital deluxe edition is also the version of the game you will need if you want to play as Doom Slayer. The image of Hawk reflected in Doom Slayer’s visor will almost certainly convince you to fork over the additional $20.
There’s also a collector’s edition, and it’s a pretty special one. Instead of including a statue like most other collector’s editions, Tony Hawk’s 3 + 4’s most expensive version comes with a skateboard. More specifically a skateboard deck sporting a Birdhouse Wings motif. You can display it proudly in your home or attach trucks and wheels and make it functional. I’d personally choose the former, but you do you. The collector’s edition also includes everything that comes with the deluxe edition.

Playing And Upgrading Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 On Xbox Game Pass
Only The Standard Edition Will Be On Game Pass, But There’s A Silver Lining
As noted above, since Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is an Activision game, and Activision Blizzard is owned by Xbox, the remastered combo will be available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on release day, so July 11, 2025. That’s the standard edition, not the digital deluxe edition, although like other Xbox Studios games to have come before it, those who want to play the new Tony Hawk remaster on Game Pass will be able to upgrade if they want the deluxe content.
The digital deluxe upgrade for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is already live on the Xbox Games Store and costs $20. That means no extra cost if you plan on pre-ordering or relying on the upgrade, just pay the difference between the standard and deluxe editions. That will unlock the Doom Slayer cosmetics and all of the other deluxe upgrade add-ons, including the three days of early access.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 won’t be an Xbox and PC exclusive, though. It will also launch on PlayStation 5 and even Nintendo Switch. Not to mention, the remaster bundle is also coming to last-gen consoles and will be available on PS4 and Xbox One. The standard edition is also the game’s cross-gen edition meaning it can be played on both the last and current gen consoles for your chosen platform.
