A Reddit user known as FallinDevast has created a regional variant for Meganium, achieving an impressive result. In the image, the pink flower from the original Gen 2 Pokemon is retained. However, it is reimagined as insect-like wings. In addition, this regional variant loses the traditional long neck in favor of an extended tail that can roll up. Despite these drastic departures from the classic Meganium look, FallinDevast kept the Pokemon’s green coloration and antennae. However, these appendages were reworked to curl at the tip. According to the artwork, the new Meganium variant kept the original Grass typing and added the Fairy type, something that is being teased for Chikorita’s evolution in Legends: Z-A.
