With One Piece chapter 1141, fans finally got to see exciting battles being set up in the story, with one of them right around the corner. As things stand, Loki is going to be in action soon enough, and fans know that now, he might be up against the Monster Trio of the Straw Hat Pirates, who will definitely do everything they can to keep him from damaging the surroundings and potentially even destroy Elbaf.

Undoubtedly, this battle is going to be exciting, with tons of action, but it shouldn’t be expected to be the battle to end it all in Elbaf.

How The Monster Trio Reunited In The Underworld

The Monster Trio of the Straw Hat Pirates have already had some exciting highlights in the Elbaf arc, although none of them have been serious. For instance, in the Block City that was created by Road, the three combined their skill effortlessly and beat not only Iskat but also attacked Road’s met together. Since then, the crew haven’t gotten many fighting opportunities, but Luffy and Zoro certainly did make great strides when they went to Aurust Castle. The goal was to get the key to the cuffs belonging to Loki, and while finding the key, they ran into Scopper Gaban, the left-hand man of the late Pirate King. Gaban vs Luffy and Zoro was incredibly exciting, but it most certainly wasn’t an all-out battle. Having retrieved the key to Loki’s chains, Luffy and Zoro then headed to the Underworld of Elbaf with the goal of freeing Luffy. They then decided to free Loki of all chains except one, which keeps his foot locked up. Loki is up already, and already looking to attack people around him, and from here onwards, things are looking incredibly exciting.

Meanwhile, Sanji has also found his way to the Underworld of Elbaf. Although he didn’t go there with the intention of freeing Loki, he simply followed Gerd around, who found out the truth about Loki and the Straw Hats, and reported it to Hajrudin. As a result, the entire crew decided to head to the Underworld, and Sanji tagged along.

Now, the New Giant Warrior Pirates are in the Underworld of Elbaf, and with them is Sanji. Meanwhile, Luffy and Zoro are already there, and have freed Loki. In other words, the Monster Trio has reunited in the Underworld, and in front of them is the Accursed Prince of Elbaf, Loki.

Loki Is Finally Free To Fight

Luffy was always dead set on freeing Loki, and while Zoro seemed afraid to let him go, at the end of the day, he was simply an underling following the orders of the Captain. Still, Zoro did the right thing by leaving one of his feet locked up, keeping Loki from going all out. The first thing to note here is that Loki, who is already up and towering over the Straw Hat Pirates, is injured. He cannot fight to the fullest of his abilities, and this is especially because he’s nerfed by the cuffs as well. On top of that, Loki, who is known to be phenomenally powerful with his Devil Fruit, cannot tap into its powers either. All he has at his disposal is the legendary hammer Ragnir. Yet, all this is going to be enough for him to shock the fans with his level of power.

Loki absolutely needs to have his own moment of being let loose, especially since Oda has portrayed him to be a total monster. The fact that he’s up on his feet despite having all odds stacked against him is shocking in itself, but that’s not enough. He needs a showing of strength, and that’s precisely where the battle against the Monster Trio comes in.

It must be said that Loki most likely won’t attack Luffy at the beginning. His target should be those who wronged him, and that might include his brother, Hajrudin, and most definitely Zoro, who kicked his wound.

Loki was seen grabbing his hammer in the previous chapter, and it is highly likely that he will make use of it. Given that his hammer literally translates to Iron Thunder, it should have lightning properties, meaning that Loki will most likely unleash blasts if lighting on Zoro. If that’s the case, then Luffy most certainly will not sit back quietly and watch, and that only means that fans will see Luffy and Sanji jump into action. At the same time, Zoro most certainly will not pass out just from one attack and should be able to brush it off. As such, the Monster Trio will most likely be ready to take on Loki in combat, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see a glimpse of that.

Loki Vs The Monster Trio is going to be an exciting battle. However, fans shouldn’t expect it to last long. For one, Loki has severe injuries at the moment. He was injured by Shamrock so deeply that the red-haired individual considered him to be dead already, giving him an extremely low chance of survival. Yes, Loki has survived, but his injuries at gruesome. At the same time, Loki cannot use his Devil Fruit, and above all, Loki most definitely cannot use his Haki to the fullest either, if logic is to be followed. All odds are stacked against him, and even if he can launch powerful attacks at the Monster Trio, he shouldn’t be able to defeat them.

Above all, Loki is highly likely to pass out soon enough since he’s on the brink of death. This is especially true since Gerd is in the Underworld and she’s a doctor. Oda introduced her to the Underworld for a reason, and that’s quite clear to see. Loki will most likely pass out after letting loose against the Monster Trio, and as that happens, his injuries will most likely be treated, which will most likely put into effect the next phase, that is, the battle against the Holy Knights.
