While exploring locations in REPO, players will encounter various entities, many of which can cause them damage. You can also suffer because of careless teammates. Thankfully, the developers have added quite a few methods that players can use to restore HP.
At the beginning of the game, you have 100 HP, which can be reduced by taking damage or increased with the help of boosters. That said, it is not fully restored at the beginning of each round, so you will still need to keep an eye on your health while playing. Here’s a rundown on how healing works in REPO.

How to Heal Teammates in REPO
You can take damage in REPO in a variety of ways, which is why even the first round can be your last. However, if you play in a team with friends, then you are more than safe. This is all thanks to the mechanics that allow players to heal each other at any time.
It would be more correct to say that you do not heal; instead, you sacrifice or share your health. Behind each character, there is a green bar reflecting their HP. You just need to approach the character from behind and interact with the bar to give your HP.
It is important to note that you only transfer 10 HP through these interactions. In the same way, said HP can be returned to you without any penalties.

How to Heal in the Truck in REPO
When you fulfill the quota in this horror game, you can leave the level. If you get to the truck alive, your health will be restored by 25 HP, but of course, you will not get more than your Health’s maximum. At the same time, if some players die in the previous round and are not revived, they will spawn in the truck with 1 HP.
You can also use items called Health Packs. These are consumables that can be purchased between rounds at the Service Station. Health Packs come in several types and heal different amounts of health.
- Small Health Pack – Heal 25 HP
- Medium Health Pack – Heal 50 HP
- Large Health Pack – Heal 100 HP
Although you can pick them up at the Service Station, you cannot use them there. Players need to purchase the items and then return to the truck. All purchased items will appear there, and you can heal yourself using them. You just need to pick up the Health Pack and then press the E button to restore Health in REPO.
