Their goal is to get to the kids of Walrus School, kidnap them, and take them back to the Holy Land of Marijoa. Although fans know what they want, it is unclear as to what the strategy truly is here, and how taking the kids to Marijoa is going to benefit their takeover of Elbaf. Perhaps, Shamrock Figarland will shed some light on this in One Piece chapter 1142.

At the moment, Shamrock should still be in the country, which means that he’ll likely go over the rules of the game that they are supposed to play while kidnapping the children, and at the same time, the overarching strategy of the Holy Knights could also potentially be explained here.
