Far from a traditional golf game, Dangerous Golf is a silly and extreme little game that a lot of people will love to unwind with. If you’ve ever wanted to blow off some steam and go wild wrecking your surroundings, Dangerous Golf has you covered with its dangerous small golf ball.
The goal here is to cause as much destruction as you can to the environment around you with nothing but a simple little golf ball. That may sound a bit odd, but it really does amount to an oddly satisfying experience, even if it is a bit simplistic.

Everybody’s Golf
If you’re looking for a golf game with a lot of personality, Everybody’s Golf might just be the best game you could pick. Focusing more on cartoonish fun than overt realism, Everybody’s Golf is a simple game that anyone can learn and have an absolute blast with.
You can create your own character, play across a variety of holes, and even drive your very own golf cart around the course. Don’t pick up this game hoping for a quiet experience either as there is a great soundtrack and sound effects to keep you company while golfing.

There really isn’t much that needs to be said here as the title says it all, it’s 3D Minigolf. You play through a variety of courses, putting your way to greatness on classic minigolf courses that progress in difficulty.

For the price, it’s a basic but fun minigolf game fit for a group of friends or even a family that really loves mini-putting. 100ft Robot Golf
100ft Robot Golf isn’t an amazing game, but anyone who loves either golf, giant mechs, or both will definitely love this weird sports game. It is exactly what it sounds like, a game of silly golf in which you play as a giant robot.
You have the option to play the game in a VR mode as well, giving you some interesting ways to play. There’s even a bombastic story mode for you to play, really giving mech fans something different to try if they want to delve into the world of sports.

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour
While this isn’t the most fulfilling golf experience out there, this PGA Tour game does look fantastic. The game gives you everything you’d have enjoyed from the previous PGA Tour outings, but (on launch at least) it actually was quite barebones.
Rory McIlroy PGA Tour has improved quite a bit as time has gone on, but there are still better titles to reach for at this point whether you’re looking for realism or pure fun. Still, golf fans and fans of Rory McIlroy will probably enjoy this game regardless thanks to their love of the sport.

Party Golf
On the surface, this great indie title Party Golf might just be the most simplistic-looking golf game around. However, as soon as you start playing with a few friends, you’ll likely find yourself coming back for more. The simple mechanics and challenge that the game offers make it an instant classic, proving that realism isn’t always required.
On a variety of fun little 2D courses, it is your job to get your ball into the hole, but the catch is that the terrain will always be working against you. You’ll have to golf up and down cliffs and out of holes before the other players if you want to win.

The Golf Club 2019
If you’re looking for a golf game with a major emphasis on community and creativity, you might like The Golf Club 2019. It’s not as hyper-realistic as some other titles have strived for, but it’s still great enough to satisfy that golf urge.
Playing through various tournaments, against other players, building a career, and even making your clubhouse your own is all the kinds of fun that can be had here. It’s not anything overly special, but for someone who’s already checked out a fair share of golf games, it’s hard to go wrong with this one.

PGA Tour 2K25
The latest entry in the 2K PGA Tour series is the best of the lot, arguably becoming the best golf game on the market. It makes the game more enjoyable, while also making it more approachable to new players than the series has been before.

There are plenty of great courses that naturally ramp up in difficulty, so even people who don’t game should be able to come to grips with how to succeed before things get too tough, making it perfect for the whole family.
