Release Date & Where to Watch

Re:Zero Season 3 had an uncommon broadcast schedule. The season went on a break at the end of 2024 and did not return until early February. Although this kind of pause is not a common practice, it seems to be working well.

As the season draws to a close, fans are getting more and more excited. The past few episodes of Re:Zero Season 3 have had a very positive reception and beautiful animation. Episode 12 featured an important battle and one of the most anticipated events of the season. While some may feel it was rushed, most fans seem to be pleased with what they saw.

Re:Zero Season 3 Episode 13 Release Date

Re:Zero Episode 63, or Episode 13 of Seaosn 3, is scheduled to debut on March 5, 2025 (Wednesday). The last episode focused on Emilia and Subaru’s fight against Regulus Corneas, the main antagonist of this part. Episode 13 will likely follow the aftermath of that.

Season 3 episodes air in Japan at 10:30 PM (JST), but they reach international audiences via streaming services a few hours later.

Where to Watch Re:Zero’s Latest Episodes

Re:Zero‘s episodes are added to Crunchyroll with subs after they air in Japan. They hit the service at 7:30 AM (PT) / 10:30 AM (ET), two hours after the Japanese broadcast. For those living outside the US, here are some time zone references:

• Brazil, Chile (CLST) and Argentina: 12:30 PM

Re:Zero Season 3 may be available on Netflix in select countries (especially in Asia) and eventually on other streaming services around the world. These other services may have a slightly different release schedule.

Which Part of the Novel Does Season 3 Cover?

Season 3 is adapting the events of Arc 5 of the Re:Zero novel (Volumes 16–20), titled something like “The Stars That Engrave History” in Japanese. The anime divided this arc into two parts: the Attack arc (Episodes 1–8) and the Counterattack arc (Episodes 9–16, likely).

The season is set to end in Episode 16, and it seems likely it will finish covering this arc — the last episodes may cover events from the beginning of Arc 6.
