Venturing out into the wild world in search of cool new artifacts and exhibits for each museum you run in Two Point Museum is bound to be dangerous work for your staff members, since almost every expedition they can embark on has at least some threat of danger involved.

Two Point Museum Review: One For The History Books
With a surplus of customization options across several fleshed-out museums, you’ll be curating for quite some time.
If there’s a long line to use the Bandage Box in the break room that day when your staff come back from expeditions with injuries or illnesses (if they come back at all, that is), you can ship them out on the next helicopter to Remedial Springs for some quick healing.
You might have seen your first mention of Remedial Springs when looking through the list of achievements and trophies for the game, since there’s one for sending your very first staff member on a healing expedition to the Springs. If you’re playing in the campaign mode, you seem to be going without access, but in the sandbox mode of the game, this area will be unlocked as soon as you open a museum.
You’ll need to make your way through the Bone Belt expedition map to uncover the Places of Interest that supply your Prehistory museum with its various displays, but you’ll also find Remedial Springs on the rightmost edge of the expedition map when you first open it. Through normal exploring and unlocking, it would unlock after the Cold Mines, brnahcing off from that location along with a Botany obstruction in the Lost Woods, Vintage Vestiges near an old civilization, and the Frosted Tops mountainous area.
The only thing is, you can’t just send someone to Remedial Springs to check it out – only staff who are unwell can go to Remedial Springs, to leave the healing energy for the folks who truly need it. The game specifies Staff with an Illness in the Team Required section of the expedition planning screen, but it doesn’t seem to differentiate between injuries and illnesses too much.
Like any expedition in Two Point Museum, though, it takes time and money to send someone to Remedial Springs for a healing expedition. Whoever your staff member is will be gone for 14 days, and each person you send for a visit will cost $5,000 for the expedition costs. They’ll return not only with a relative quick fix for whatever was ailing them but also a small boost in staff XP for their time.
The only event that can occur at Remedial Springs is a good one – Healing Holiday, which removes any status effect your staffers may have brought back from a previous expedition. You’ll face no dangers here, unlock the other POIs where your team is actively searching for exhibits and perks.
