When playing online, your Hunter Profile can be seen to give players a quick snapshot of you as a player, letting you display stats, monsters killed, and your gear, among many other things.

Your Title is a fairly customizable combination of three words that can be placed anywhere on your profile to either be funny or let players know the kind of hunter you are. Here’s how to change your Title along with how to get new words to make new combinations for your title.

How To Change Your Title In Monster Hunter Wilds

Your Title can be found on your Hunter Profile page, which can be found by opening the main menu, tabbing over to Info, then selecting Hunter Profile, the third option from the bottom. This will open your Hunter Profile exactly as it’s seen by others, and along the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the button to tab over to the left, opening the Hunter Profile edit menu.

The second option on this menu will be, “Edit Top Page Widgets“, which opens up the grid of your profile where you can move, add, and edit the widgets you have on your profile. To edit your Hunter Title, move over to the title widget which initially appears along the top right of the screen to open the title change menu.

You’ll also see your nameplate displaying your username on whatever console you’re currently playing on. While this can be moved, it can’t be taken off your Hunter Profile.

Your title is made up of three words, and you’re able to pick from a long list of options for each word. You can change your title as much as you’d like, so there’s no concern about making it perfect when you first start out since you’ll get access to more titles later on in the game.
