Chimera is an animal from the new planet Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail. The little pet stole many hearts of Trailblazers with its sheer cuteness despite not being able to be interacted with in the previous version.
In the 3.1 update, an event called The Awooo Firm will be available throughout the whole patch, where players must take their caretaker role and assign suitable chimeras to specific tasks. By tackling the challenges and assisting those in need, Trailblazers get not only various in-game resources but also a certain 4-star unit of their choice.

How to Start The Awooo Firm Event
Honkai: Star Rail players must reach Trailblaze Level 21 or above to unlock this event. While this is not a requirement, they are also recommended to complete the latest Trailblaze Mission, ‘Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne,’ to gain the best experience playing this event. Afterward, follow the quest navigation, meet with Hyacine in Garden of Life, and start The Awooo Firm event.
How to Complete The Awooo Firm Event
Each chimera has its own work efficiency, stamina, and traits you must understand before adding them to the lineup and adjusting the team’s order. Once you get the best lineup, start the challenge and let the autoplay and double-speed function do its job. Follow the guide below to set up a chimera with suitable traits for each challenge.
After completing the tutorial, you will get three new chimeras: Pressure Monster, Little Villain, and Absentee Freak. For the next stage, you need four chimeras in the team’s order to start working. The best lineup for this challenge is Slacker – Tough Cookie – Bad-Tempered – Absentee Freak.
Once the Trailblazers reach ranking 8, they will have another three new chimeras named Old Honest, Onlooker, and Absentee Master. The Absentee Master has superior work capacity based on the badge, so we’re putting it to work. Put them in this order: Onlooker – Tough Cookie – Bad-Tempered – Absentee Master.
In the current storyline, Mityphon is challenging you to reach his 4th place in the performance ranking as the NPC was jealous that a chimera to his liking had chosen to join your team. The best team to pass through the first challenge and all the extra assignments are Onlooker – Healer – Tough – Cookie – Bad-Tempered – Absentee Master.
Bucktaker, Suffermaxxer, and Small Group are the three new chimeras checking in. Unfortunately, you don’t have to use them yet for the next round. Instead, use the same team as the previous one, and you can still get the perfect work evaluation: Onlooker – Healer – Tough – Cookie – Bad-Tempered – Absentee Master.
Now that you have reached 4th place and defeated Mityphone, it’s time to set a new goal: the 2nd spot. In addition, the leadership was also changed to a new chimera called Ruthless Demon. With the addition of three new chimeras – one of them called Creditstealer, which has superior work capacity based on the golden badge – you should now have a bigger roster with many options. For the next challenge, use the following team: Bucktaker – Creditstealer – Healer – Absentee Freak – Absentee Master.

With Florie’s – or should we say Tribbie’s – sudden rise in the ranking, the Trailblazers accepted the challenge to defeat Florie and claim the 2nd ranking place. The team you should use to complete the next round is: Complainer – Creditstealer – Healer – Absentee Freak – Absentee Master.
The previous team did exceptionally well with Creditstealer, reaching 60 work efficiency by the end of the assignments. Thus, you can use the same team once again on the next round for another perfect work evaluation: Complainer – Creditstealer – Healer – Absentee Freak – Absentee Master.
The event continues to surprise Trailblazer by making a chimera as the last boss for The Awooo Firm event. However, it hardly matters because you still need to do the same as before, which is creating a suitable lineup for the assignments. This will be the last battle and the best team would be: Shock Force – Kind Praiser – Workaholic – Disservicer – Bucktaker.
Hidden Achievements in The Awooo Firm Event
A total of 8 hidden achievements can be obtained from this event; five of them can be achieved automatically just by playing the event:
- Megacorp
- Monopoly
- Small Company, Big Boss
- Unicorn Enterprise
- Four Protect One
The remaining two achievements are only available in Overtime Mode, which is unlocked after completing the ranking tournament, and one in the private chamber. The first achievement to get is ‘…Are You Working for a Competitor?’ The requirement is to have a single chimera’s efficiency reach -10.0. Enter the Overtime Mode and use the following team: Bucktaker – Empty Promises – Master Ordinaire – Healer – Old Honest, with the Professional Manager as the leader.
The next achievement is ‘Bad Boss,’ where you need to reach a rating of 30 in Overtime Mode. The perfect lineup for this achievement is Shock Force – Workaholic – Kind Praiser – Disservicer – Old Honest, with Career Standout as the leader. After two rounds, you will have a total of 30 ratings and get this achievement.
Make sure to choose the option to continue after the second round to get this achievement.
The last achievement is ‘Transform!’ and you need to interact with the chimera in the private baths. Make sure to do this only once you complete all the event tasks for The Awooo Firm event. If there is no chimera in the private chamber, buy one on Janus’ Steed near the Court of Seasons.
