One of the four playable characters in Sworn is Vigilante. The Vigilante has four different weapons, each of which changes your playstyle. This means that the blessings, weapon augments, and spells you choose will vary accordingly.

Due to Sworn’s rogue-lite nature, the Fae and their blessings you face in each round will be different. Best Sword Build For Vigilante

Sword is the starting weapon of the Vigilante. It has average damage and attack speed. Since it deals damage at a wide angle, it can kill multiple monsters that are close together at the same time. Its Heavy Attack, which hits all around it, is effective against large groups of monsters.

When using the Sword, you are defenseless against monsters attacking you from a distance. To cover this distance, the two most suitable spells are Assassin Dagger and Blade Rush. With Assassin Dagger, you can easily hit distant targets. With Blade Rush, you can close the distance and quickly rush to the monsters.

The most important component of your build will be the Light Attack. There are two Fae that work best with the Sword.

Due to your close range, it will be easy to hit targets from behind, so selecting Badb’s blessings will allow you to perform Backstabs effortlessly. Since your attack speed is sufficient, you can easily fill up Fury stacks with Oberon’s blessings and deal extra damage.

Best Weapon Augments For Sword Build

The weapon augments for Sword that are compatible with Badb’s and Oberon’s blessings are Acceleration and Magnesis. Thanks to Acceleration, your Light Attacks will become faster, and your movement speed will increase. The increased speed of your Light Attacks synergizes well with Oberon, while the boost in movement speed creates better synergy with Badb.

Bow is the second weapon of the Vigilante, unlocked after completing a chamber once. It features a ‘charge’ mechanic, and attacking with a full charge deals high damage. While it’s not necessary to always use a full charge, this is the most effective way to utilize it.

Since you attack from a distance and wait between shots, the most suitable spells against chasing monsters are Blade Rush and Dagger Flurry. With Blade Rush, you can quickly increase the distance between you and your targets. With Dagger Flurry, while allowing you to retreat, deals sudden damage to approaching targets.

Since the Bow has high damage but low attack speed, you can choose Titania and Lugh’s blessings for your Light Attacks. Titania is effective against single large targets. You apply ignite every eight seconds, greatly increasing your damage. Lugh gives you a chance for critical hits. When combined with the Bow’s full charge, this leads to extremely high damage.

Best Chakram Build For Vigilante

Chakrams, Vigilante’s fourth and final weapon, is unlocked after completing 50 chambers. It has a range nearly as long as the Bow and deals balanced damage. When thrown, it deals damage twice—once when thrown and once when it returns. Its Heavy Attack provides powerful close-range area damage.

When you throw the Chakrams, if you Dash while they are returning to you, you will quickly retrieve them, effectively eliminating the return time. If you throw a Chakram at enemies with their backs turned to walls or obstacles, it will hit an object and return to you faster.

Best Spells For Chakram Build

Sometimes, Chakrams may leave you vulnerable as they return, so Assassin Dagger would be a suitable spell for this. If you want to make more use of your Heavy Attack, you can pair it with Shadow Strike.

The return damage of the Chakrams offers a different damage style, making it highly suitable for backstabbing. It works exceptionally well with Badb’s blessing, which has a Backstab effect.
