Ishowspeed is a huge streamer, and has made quite a name for himself. He has been a center of some discourses in the One Piece fandom, and for a few reasons.
The biggest reason was that, a while back, Ishowspeed had made the claim that he had been given permission to stream the One Piece anime on his YouTube channel with no repercussions. As many fans of One Piece know, Toei, the studio that made One Piece, is harsh when it comes to its copyrighting strikes, so without permission, streaming would be impossible.
Ishowspeed has yet to stream the anime, however, so whether his claim is valid or not is yet to be seen. He has, however, met with Miki Kobayashi, who is responsible for promoting the One Piece anime and movies. This does make his claims very plausible, as his following on YouTube is huge and would bring many new fans to One Piece.
Now, moving on from that, Ishowspeed has recently said he wants to meet with Eiichiro Oda, the mangaka of One Piece. Eiichiro isn’t someone anyone can meet, as he is an extremely busy man, and someone very private. For Speed to meet him isn’t out of the realm of possibilities, but for now, this is just a wish of his.

Can Anyone Meet Eiichiro Oda?
Meeting Eiichiro Oda is very hard but for someone of Ishowspeed’s level of fame, not entirely impossible.
Oda does not make many public appearances, or even have many pictures of himself. Oda usually had his own fish face covering when he appears publicly, or has his face blurred out.
Oda has, however, met some people, such as the Japanese Voice actors of the Straw Hat Pirates, or the actors working on One Piece Live Action, but these are obviously people involved with his work. For Speed, meeting Oda won’t be easy.
