Healer cookies in Cookie Run Kingdom have one job, and it’s to keep the rest of the team alive for as long as possible. Some of the best healer cookies in Cookie Run Kingdom are so overpowered that cookies run little risk of falling out of battle, thanks mostly to the active skills that produce various healing and protective properties. Such is the case for Pure Vanilla Cookie, the Ancient healer of the Vanilla Kingdom, who uses his power to ward off darkness and bring back his allies to safety.
Pure Vanilla Cookie is one of five Ancients, each belonging to a separate class of fighter. As a healer cookie, Pure Vanilla takes its position in the rear, securing its safety and limiting the amount of damage it takes, while allowing him the time needed to burn through the cooldown and use his magical powers to heal his allies. The key to bringing out Pure Vanilla’s true power is through properly building her with the correct toppings, Beascuits, and raising her skill power as much as possible.

Cookie Run Kingdom Codes (February 2025)
Players can redeem Cookie Run Kingdom codes to receive all kinds of great in-game goodies, including Rainbow Cubes, Coins, and Crystals.
Updated on February 28, 2025, by Mehrdad Khayyat: Pure Vanilla is one of the relatively new cookies in the game, and players still do a lot of trial and error with it to find the best build possible for the cookie. Of course, any topping will eventually add something to the stats, but it’s important to note the role of the cookie before placing the toppings.
As a healer cookie, Pure Vanilla usually stands in the farthest line of battle, trying to support the other cookies and help them survive for a longer period. With this in mind, there are a few superb toppings that are proven to be quite useful.
Building Pure Vanilla Cookie For Healing Ability
Due to Pure Vanilla Cookie’s main skills, it’s important to consider having a Defense cookie paired with him in order to protect his HP at all times. Pure Vanilla will constantly heal all allies and remove any injuries, and follow it up with a shield that equals a percentage of the cookie’s maximum HP. Additionally, Pure Vanilla can cast an HP regen on cookies that can not receive a shield upon releasing his skill, which will help replenish any loss of HP prior to the skill’s use. During the release of the skill, Pure Vanilla cannot be interrupted, but is still prone to taking damage from field enemies.

Solid Almond Topping Build
There are two paths that players can take when considering a topping build for Pure Vanilla Cookie. Ideally, the Solid Almond build is the best choice to make when players consider the DMG Resist buff they can put on Pure Vanilla Cookie. DMG Resist is ideal for minimizing the amount of HP that Pure Vanilla Cookie loses in a battle, and a higher percentage rate will almost guarantee he remains in play for the entire fight. A plus-five Solid Almond bonus will give an additional 5% on DMG Resist, making it possible to achieve a 20% total boost.
The other build to consider is the all Swift Chocolate set-up, which prioritizes bringing down Pure Vanilla Cookie’s cooldown as much as possible. Having a shorter cooldown phase will allow Pure Vanilla Cookie to unleash more heals than usual, and keep the high-offense cookies as healthy as they can be. Ideally, players should then target areas that benefit Pure Vanilla Cookie’s own health, making DMG Resist and CRIT Resist two ideal sub-stats to focus on.

Players can’t go wrong with the following Bomber Cookies in Cookie Run Kingdom.
Swift Chocolate Topping Build
Being a healer that always stands in the back line, Pure Vanilla doesn’t even deal much damage to focus on its attacking stats. Instead, the players will probably need to concentrate as much as they can to reduce the cookie’s cooldown so that they can benefit from the heals and buffs that she delivers to all other cookies in quick succession.
That’s why Swift Chocolate provides a significant advantage for Pure Vanilla to be effective on the battlefield for the entire team. Of course, this build is only suggested if you have high-level toppings of Swift Chocolate, otherwise, it wouldn’t really reduce the cooldown significantly.
Each Epic version of Swift Chocolate reduces the cooldown by 1.8% at the base level. So, even without a topping upgrade, five Epic Swift Chocolates will reduce the cooldown by nearly 10%, which is a great beginning. However, it is recommended to upgrade the toppings as far as possible.
Optimizing Pure Vanilla Cookie’s Power
Naturally, Cookie Run Kingdom players should be aware of what Beascuits are, and the benefit of their incredible powers. Beascuits are attachable accessories that grant boosts to certain stats, putting a priority on the type of cookie it associates with. For Pure Vanilla Cookie’s sake, a Legendary-level Beascuit will receive a larger boost to his HP, and sub-stats will focus on DMG Resist and other viable stats that make him stronger in the long run. Since his ATK and CRIT% don’t matter too much, it’s best to find sub-stats that boost his resistances and cooldown.
Finally, a good offense is always a good defense, and having one Defense cookie of Super Epic or higher rarity will be enough to make a team near indestructible. Ideally, players should have either Crimson Coral Cookie or Elder Faerie Cookie on the team, while the Ancient Hollyberry still stands the test of time as a suitable ally. For those unlucky enough to land one of these gems, Kouign-Aman Cookie and Madeleine Cookie are acceptable substitutions.
