“Murmuring Woods” Grove of Epiphany is an academic sanctuary dedicated to the Titan of Reason, Cerces, and one of two new areas added to Honkai: Star Rail in Version 3.1. Players first access this area in the third part of the Trailblaze Mission, Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne. Murmuring Woods is filled with chests, puzzles, Nymphs, and other lore-rich discoveries, including Enlightenments and Fragments of Recollection.
There are a total of four Enlightenments and four Fragments of Recollections within Murmuring Woods. Interacting with all of them not only reveals additional lore about the area but also unlocks two hidden achievements. All Enlightenment Locations in “Murmuring Woods” Grove of Epiphany
Location #1 – Sacred Tree
It is recommended that players complete the mission Grove, Wherefore Are the Wise Silent, the third part of the 13th Trailblaze Mission, Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne. This mission takes players to “Murmuring Woods” Grove of Epiphany and grants access to areas containing the Enlightenments and Fragments of Recollection.
The first Enlightenment is located north of the Woven Trail Space Anchor, accessible upon first arriving at Murmuring Woods. Simply follow the trail, and the Enlightenment can be seen next to a Nymph, with the Sacred Tree visible in the distance. Be sure to interact with it to receive credit for the achievement.
Location #2 – Courtyard of Storge
The second Enlightenment is on the next platform, which players can reach by using Janus’ Hidden Passage near the previous location. Players who have already accessed the areas ahead can take the Serene Court of Learning Space Anchor, located just north of the target location, and travel back south using another Janus’ Hidden Passage. The Enlightenment is positioned at the top of the east-side staircase.
Location #3 – Library of Philia
The third Enlightenment is in the Library of Philia, which conveniently has a Space Anchor for quick access. The Enlightenment is just a few steps away from the nearby Garmentmaker. Players without access to this Space Anchor can take Janus’ Hidden Passage north from the previous location and follow the trail on the left.
Location #4 – Dome of Devotion
The final Enlightenment of Murmuring Woods is at the Dome of Devotion, where the coreflame of Cerces once resided. A Space Anchor is available right next to the Enlightenment. However, players without access to this Space Anchor will need to take the Water Wheel Elevator in the Library of Philia. After taking the elevator, continue along the marked trail, which leads around the outer edges of the map and through multiple Janus’ Hidden Passages.
After interacting with all four Enlightenments, players will unlock the hidden achievement I Call Upon Miracles of Reason, found under The Memories We Share.

All Fragments of Recollection Locations in “Murmuring Woods” Grove of Epiphany
Location #1 – Courtyard of Storge
The first Fragment of Recollection is located in the Courtyard of Storge, just a few steps from where the second Enlightenment is found. Similarly, players can take the Serene Court of Learning Space Anchor and travel back south through Janus’ Hidden Passage. After interacting with the Fragment, be sure to listen to the memories of the past.
Location #2 – Library of Philia
The second Fragment is found in a corridor connected to the Library of Philia. Players with access can teleport to Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures and head through the doors west of it. The Fragment is located next to a broken shelf. If the door is locked, players must use the Water Wheel Elevator in the Library of Philia to reach this location.
Location #3 – Dome of Devotion
The third Fragment of Recollection is at the Dome of Devotion, on the opposite side of the fourth Enlightenment. Similarly, players can use the Dome of Devotion Space Anchor or take the long route via the Water Wheel Elevator in the Library of Philia.
Location #4
The final Fragment of Recollection is easy to miss, as the Trailblaze Mission does not lead into this area. To find it, players must take the Dome of Devotion Space Anchor and head north toward Janus’ Hidden Passage. Once there, adjust the machine’s direction so it faces southeast on the map. After arriving at the new platform, head west—the Fragment can be seen next to the wall.
After interacting with and listening to all four Fragments of Recollection, players will unlock the hidden achievement Glimmering Tree Shade, found under The Memories We Share.
