Bungie confirms the date and time that Destiny 2 players will want to tune into a special livestream revealing the upcoming content for Episode Heresy Act 2. While Episode Heresy has entered its downtime between Acts, Bungie is giving Destiny 2 players plenty to look forward to over the next couple of weeks.

Recently, Bungie confirmed that the annual Moments of Triumph are returning to Destiny 2. The event celebrates the past year of content in Destiny 2, offering rewards for players who complete various triumphs related to activities from The Final Shape and previous episodes. While Bungie hasn’t revealed the triumph list yet, players can earn some special rewards like the Flagbearer Sparrow and Technoprotection Ghost Shell, to name a few.

Alongside the Moments of Triumph, Bungie has also confirmed the next Destiny 2 livestream to reveal what’s next in Episode Heresy. The event begins on March 4, with developers on hand to reveal the new activity, loot, and other various rewards before Act 2 officially begins a week later on March 11. Interestingly enough, Act 2 weapons began dropping early for Destiny 2 players thanks to a strange glitch. Based on responses, it seems players have some powerful weapons to look forward to once Act 2 officially arrives.

As expected, Bungie also confirmed that everyone who tunes into the livestream will be eligible to earn a special emblem. While Destiny 2 has plenty of rare emblems already, this one is known as Portable Power and features a black and neon blue color scheme. For those who want it, all they need to do is tune into the Twitch livestream for 15 minutes.

Unfortunately for players, Act 1 has continued the recent trend of bugs infiltrating the game. As players reported issues impacting the core gameplay, one particular Destiny 2 bug is being made into a feature. The former class specific swords and glaives, which are now available to use by anyone, giving players new-build opportunities to use gear that originally wasn’t intended for them. Response to the glitch has been so positive that Bungie is leaving it as is, and seeing the former Hunter swords, Quickfang and Goldtusk, on other classes has even inspired the developers to create more unique animations for Warlocks and Titans in the future.
