A Redditor named Deeeeeeeeehn was able to debunk the “detail” and get to the bottom of this mystery. From the front, it does look like Henry has six toes while in the inventory. However, turning the model to the side, it becomes clear that it’s an illusion created by the way the light hits the foot in the inventory screen. So no, Henry of Skalitz does not have six toes, but the illusion makes for an interesting Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 detail in its own right.
