It has been over 18 months since the release of Baldur’s Gate 3, and players are still frequently discovering new tricks in the game. Larian created an awesome sandbox that allows players to express themselves, resulting in scenarios that even the developer wouldn’t have initially envisioned. One Baldur’s Gate 3 player even turned Scratch into a hilarious anti-mage grenade by accident, showing the versatility of the game’s sandbox. Because of this, players will definitely be finding new tricks for years to come, giving the game a massive amount of replayability.

Those looking to make Baldur’s Gate 3 even more immersive than it already is should consider installing these fantastic mods.

As noted by PC Gamer, there’s a new way to get the Bhaalist Armor set in Baldur’s Gate 3. Usually, this involves becoming an Unholy Assassin of Bhaal as you finish the Murder Tribunal in Act Three, during which you have to make some very evil choices. Then, you can buy the armor from a merchant called the Echo of Abazigal. As it turns out, all of this isn’t necessary. Instead, players can simply play this questline until Sarevok summons the ghost of one of their victims. Afterward, they can then switch to another character not involved in this cutscene, and pickpocket the ghost NPC. For some unknown reason, this ghost will have all the Echo of Abazigal’s merchant inventory, including the Bhaalist Armor set.

Players Can Pickpocket Bhaalist Armor in Baldur’s Gate 3

Doing it this way means that players can get one of the best armor sets in Baldur’s Gate 3 for free. Not only this, but players can also pull the plug on the final choice in the Murder Tribunal, obtaining the Bhaalist Armor without condemning themselves down the path of the Unholy Assassin of Bhaal. It’s ridiculously overpowered, but it’s worth mentioning that successfully pickpocketing might prove difficult. Players should get their best thief on the case, or simply save and quit until it works.

Seeing these small tricks in action is really cool, and it will be interesting to see if the new subclasses in Baldur’s Gate 3‘s Patch 8 add even more complexity for players to experiment with. Given that it will be Larian’s final major update to the game, players can bet that the new subclasses will offer many different ways to play. No release date has been given for Patch 8, although it’s presently in stress testing among participating players.
