Aerith’s Pink Mermaid costume consists of a two-piece swimsuit with a bright pink bikini top and a matching pink skirt with a ruffled hemline. Her hair is styled with her signature bangs and a pink flower accessory, which complements the color scheme of her outfit. There’s also the Midgar Infantry uniform that gives her a rugged and ready-for-action appearance.

Majestic Glamour is the other beach outfit that consists of a casual, dark-colored, cropped button-up shirt tied at the waist, paired with denim shorts and brown sandals. Both of them maintain a certain aesthetic that fits the beach setting.
On the other hand, the Pride of Seventh Heaven features a sporty look with a cropped white top and black skirt revealing the midriff. There are black thigh-high socks and a pair of red boots, which add a pop of color to the otherwise monochrome outfit. It’s versatile for both casual and combat-ready scenarios within the game. The last one, Midgar Infantry, is a uniform with a more militaristic style.

Laboratory Escapee is Red’s default outfit, which you’ll thus see for the entirety of the story on your first playthrough.

Yuffie
World’s Greatest Materia Hunter includes a short-sleeve, green midriff top with a high collar, paired with white shorts and leg warmers. This ensemble reflects Yuffie’s adventurous and agile nature. Another Ninja outfit, The Wutai Pop Star, is a more traditional and ceremonial-looking dress, likely inspired by her heritage. It consists of a layered green and white kimono-style top with an obi sash and a pair of traditional sandals.
Moogle Hat & Cape Outfit also has that Ninja essence for undercover missions. The ensemble features a whimsical and bulky white piece of fabric draped over her shoulders and wrapped around her upper body, contributing to the disguise’s overall effect. The hat with googly eyes gives the appearance of a Moogle’s face.
The last one is the vacation outfit. It consists of a short top with a colorful orange-based pattern, paired with white shorts that have yellow trim. Additionally, Yuffie is wearing orange sandals and a matching headband to complete the summer look.

Cait Sith

---|---|
Fortune-Teller Extraordinaire |
Available in Chapter 9: The Planet Stirs. |
Court Jester |
Grab it at the Gold Saucer with GP. |
Cait Sith has two outfits in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. The Court Jester costume plays on the whimsical and playful aspects of the character. Cait Sith is dressed in a jester-like costume complete with a multi-colored hat with bells and a matching collar. Like Red XIII’s Hellhound outfit, Cait’s Court Jester garb is tied to Chapter 12’s play, and – alas – it’s also available only upon completion of the game.
The default one is the Fortune-Teller Extraordinaire, which reflects Cait’s thematic role as the mascot of the Gold Saucer. The outfit is more regal and formal, with a crown, a cute red cape, and a bow tie. Both costumes are rich in detail and reflect different facets of Cait Sith’s character.

The Avalanche Cell Leader ensemble is consistent with Barret’s role as a leader within the eco-terrorist group Avalanche, which opposes the Shinra Electric Power Company’s exploitation of the planet’s life essence, Mako. It’s also hard not to notice his iconic gun-arm which indicates his combat-ready status.

The Ocean Chocobo getup features a blue short-sleeved shirt with gray capri pants. It’s a relaxed and fun look. With the Wild Surf costume, Cloud is shirtless, showcasing his defined physique. You can see him in dark board shorts.
On the other hand, Cloud’s default outfit is a symbol of his past with the elite fighting force SOLDIER. The Midgar infantry uniform costume consists of a dark, military-inspired ensemble that includes a multi-pocketed vest. Overall, the varied outfits reflect the many sides of our characters’ journey – a mix of duty, adventure, and those fleeting moments of relaxation.
