A new leak from Honkai: Star Rail is showing off a mysterious and eerie new area coming in Version 3.2, potentially connected to the story of Castorice. The sci-fi RPG’s newest world of Amphoreus has introduced a wide variety of unique locales to the game, with six different cities throughout the Greek and Roman-inspired world. Players first arrive at the “Eternal Holy City” of Okhema when crash landing on Amphoreus, with Version 3.0’s story taking players to Castrum Kremnos and Janusopolis. Now, a strange new location is being teased within the game.

Honkai: Star Rail‘s fourth playable world has brought plenty of new cast members, both through its initial roster and teased NPCs. Version 3.0 saw the debut of The Herta and Aglaea as the world’s first new characters, while the recently-released Version 3.1 introduced Tribbie and Mydei to the roster. The story of Amphoreus has also shown off several future characters planned to be playable throughout the world’s cycle, including Castorice and Phainon among others. One of Honkai: Star Rail‘s upcoming characters may now be receiving a new zone as part of her story.

Honkai: Star Rail Leak Shows New Version 3.2 Area

A new batch of images shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Seele Leaks is showing off a brand-new location in Version 3.2. The special locales feature a shattered moon set in the sky with water flowing out of the blast zone, hanging over a sea of purple and blue flowers. A strange ethereal door is also seen within one of the images with the new location, likely being connected to the story of new S-Rank character Castorice. Version 3.2 and Honkai: Star Rail’s newest unique locale are both expected to be launching on April 8.

The addition of a new Castorice-focused area comes as the newest character is expected to be a central part of Star Rail‘s next update. Castorice holds a major connection to Thanatos, the Amphoreus Titan of death, with the Quantum character already playing a major role in Version 3.0’s story. Castorice has also seen numerous leaks about her gameplay in recent weeks, setting her up to be a powerful DPS character within Honkai: Star Rail team compositions.

Castorice’s upcoming debut in Honkai: Star Rail is joined by plenty of highly-anticipated characters on the way from the HoYoverse RPG. Version 3.2 will welcome Anaxa as another new S-Rank character alongside Castorice, confirmed to be a new Wind Erudition unit within Star Rail. Leaks have also hinted at the release window for the upcoming Fate/Stay Night collaboration, suggesting the crossover will arrive during the Version 3.4 update. Honkai: Star Rail fans should have plenty on the way soon with a plethora of new characters and locations coming soon.
