Hero Of Justice Is An Imperfect Reminder Of Why I Love Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero

Sparking Zero’s first DLC pack is pricey, but its new batch of perfectly-realised characters from Super-Hero make it a treat for fans.

We’ve already got Daima Goku in Sparking Zero and know more characters are coming as DLC, but Xenoverse 2 seems to be beating Spike Chunsoft to the punch a bit. Not only does that game also have Daima Goku, but it’s just been confirmed that a separate pack is coming that includes a surprising new character.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Is Getting A Daima DLC Pack With Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta

As confirmed by the official Dragon Ball website (a rarity when it comes to these kinds of announcements), Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s Daima DLC pack will include Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta from the show. That’s not too surprising considering he’s one of the anime’s biggest moments, but what is surprising is that it’s his adult form.

For those that don’t know, Daima mostly centres around the Dragon Ball cast being turned into younger versions of themselves, which is when Vegeta finally unlocks Super Saiyan 3. You’d think Xenoverse 2 would start with that mini form, but it’s actually diving straight into the finale when Vegeta uses it as a grown adult.

For now, that’s all we know about the Daima DLC pack, but the teaser trailer does indicate at least one more character is coming with Vegeta alongside some costumes, accessories, and new skills. There’s no release date for the pack just yet or even gameplay footage, so don’t expect it until later in 2025.
